- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g), diced
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (200g), trimmed
Condiments
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well. Trim the enoki mushrooms, cut into thirds, and separate the clusters by hand.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the potato and enoki mushrooms, stir to coat with butter, then cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until the potato is tender.
Uncover and stir-fry for 1 minute to evaporate excess moisture. Add soy sauce and black pepper, then stir to combine evenly.
