Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1/3 bunch garlic chives
Condiments
- 60g kimchi
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
步驟
Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate into bite-sized pieces. Cut the garlic chives into 3cm lengths. Use scissors to cut the kimchi into smaller pieces if needed.
Place the enoki mushrooms and garlic chives in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes.
Add the kimchi, salt, pepper, and sesame oil to the container. Toss everything together until well combined.
