- 4 cups anchovy kelp broth
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion

Beat the eggs and finely chop the enoki mushrooms. Mix them together for better texture and fiber intake.
