Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🌱 1 handful green onions, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg
- A dash of sesame oil
- 🌰 A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the enoki mushrooms into thirds and slice the onion and green onions.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, water, oyster sauce, and sugar to make the sauce. Optionally, add a small amount of minced garlic for extra flavor.
Heat a pan with some oil and stir-fry the green onions, onion, and enoki mushrooms until slightly softened.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens slightly.
While the sauce is reducing, fry an egg sunny-side up.
Serve the stir-fried mushrooms and sauce over a bowl of rice. Top with the fried egg, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
