- 🍄 200g enoki mushrooms
Broth
- 50cc dashi broth
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the root ends off the enoki mushrooms and slice them into 3cm pieces. Separate the root clusters by hand.

Heat the dashi broth, mirin, and soy sauce in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add the enoki mushrooms and stir occasionally.
