- 🍄 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
Seasoning
- 2 tsp salt kombu
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the eringi mushrooms in half lengthwise, then slice them into thin pieces about 1cm wide.

Place the sliced eringi in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 40 seconds until cooked. Let cool and drain excess moisture.

Mix the cooked eringi with salt kombu, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
