- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🌿 3 sprigs cilantro

- 🍤 50g peeled shrimp

- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- to taste black pepper
步驟
Chop the cilantro. Mince the onion, rub with salt (not listed in ingredients), rinse with water, and drain.
Place peeled shrimp and sake in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, rinse with water, drain, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Mash the potatoes while warm, let cool slightly, then mix with the seasonings marked with ☆.
Add cilantro, onion, and shrimp to the potato mixture and combine thoroughly.
