Fish
- 200g amberjack fillets
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Garnish
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
- Sweet chili sauce as needed
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Cut the amberjack fillets into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the amberjack pieces with the marinade ingredients and massage gently. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Lightly pat dry the marinated amberjack pieces and coat them with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (approximately 2cm depth). Fry the amberjack pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Plate the fried amberjack and serve with a wedge of lemon and sweet chili sauce.
