Vegetables
- 🌿 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 5cm green onion, finely chopped
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp grated ginger

Remove the cartilage, eyes, and beak from the boiled Firefly Squid.

Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well.

Finely chop the green onion into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and grated ginger). Add the Firefly Squid, wakame, and green onion, and toss well.
