Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 fillet fresh salmon (100g)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Slice the green onion lengthwise and then thinly crosswise.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, beaten egg, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper by cutting through the mixture.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the salmon fillet, and cook until browned. Flip, add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes. Let cool, then remove skin and bones, and flake the salmon.
In the same pan, add the rice mixture and stir-fry over medium heat, cutting through the mixture while cooking.
Add the green onion and sesame seeds, stir-fry briefly, then add the soy sauce and mix until well combined. Serve on a plate.
