Tuna Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl warm rice (150g)
- 1/2 tsp red shiso furikake
Bouquet
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍖 1 slice ham
- 1/4 stick red kamaboko
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Place ham on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 10 seconds at 600W. Let cool, cut in half, fold each piece, and make small cuts on the rounded side. Roll from the edge and secure with a toothpick to create a flower. Repeat for 2 flowers.
Slice the kamaboko thinly. Place on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 seconds at 600W. Let cool, roll 3 slices sequentially, and secure with a toothpick to create a rose flower. Repeat for 2 flowers.
Mix warm rice with red shiso furikake in a bowl using a cutting motion.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until set. Flip and cook the other side to make a thin omelette.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap, lay the thin omelette on it, and fill with mixed rice. Wrap tightly and let it rest to set. Flip and place in a bento box. Cut into flower shapes and decorate with ham and kamaboko flowers.
