Main
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍖 4 slices ham
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 1 sheet seaweed
Egg seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Sushi vinegar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
步驟
Cut the cucumber into 4 vertical slices.
Cut the ham into halves.
Crack the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk to combine.
Heat a pan with oil and cook 1/3 of the egg mixture into a thin omelet. Repeat to make 3 thin omelets.
Mix the sushi vinegar ingredients in a bowl, then combine with the cooked rice.
Place 1.5 thin omelets on plastic wrap, layer with 4 ham slices, and roll tightly. Repeat for 2 rolls.
Place half a sheet of seaweed on a sushi mat, spread half the rice evenly, and layer with 2 cucumber slices and 1 ham-egg roll. Roll tightly.
Repeat the process to make another roll.
Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve.
