Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pack natto
- 🧅 1/4 stalk minced green onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chopped chives to taste
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 120ml water
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
步驟
Mince the green onion.
Mix natto in a bowl, then add beaten eggs, minced onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to create the egg mixture.
Place cooked rice in a serving bowl. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, stir gently, and cook until semi-set. Remove from heat and place the egg mixture over the rice.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, water, and cornstarch. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the egg and rice, then garnish with chopped chives.
