Wrapper
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 12 shiso leaves
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Ponzu sauce to taste
步驟
Cut the pork belly slices in half to match the size of the dumpling wrappers.
Place 1/12 of shiso leaves, bean sprouts, and pork on each dumpling wrapper. Season with salt and pepper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the sides inward to seal. Repeat for all 12 dumplings.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the folded dumplings seam-side up in the pan. Cook until browned, then add 2 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Remove the lid, let the water evaporate, and drizzle sesame oil over the dumplings. Cook until the surface is crispy.
Serve the dumplings on a plate with ponzu sauce on the side.
