Dry Ingredients
- 90g cake flour
- 30g almond flour
- 3g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 110g heavy cream
- 🍬 75g sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- a dash of vanilla extract
Add-ins
- 🍫 60g chocolate chips
- 🍫 a dash of decorative chocolate chips
步驟
Whip heavy cream and sugar in a bowl using a hand mixer until firm peaks form.
Add the egg and gently mix until combined.
Sift cake flour, almond flour, baking powder, and add vanilla extract. Fold gently using a spatula.
When the dry ingredients are almost incorporated, add chocolate chips and mix lightly.
Fill muffin cups in a muffin tin to 80% full. Top with decorative chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
