- 🧅 1 fresh onion, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 1 can scallops (65g)

- 1/2 sheet fried tofu, sliced
Dressing
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Thinly slice the fresh onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.

Cut the fried tofu into thin slices and heat it in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Let it cool.

Mix the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, wasabi, mayonnaise) in a bowl. Add the onion and scallops, and mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle the crispy tofu on top.
