Vegetables
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves
- 🍅 1 tomato
Meat Filling
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Tomato Soup
- 300cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Make a shallow cross-cut on the tomato and boil it briefly. Peel the skin after cooling.
Boil the cabbage leaves until tender and drain. Chop the core finely.
Mix breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced cabbage core, and other meat filling ingredients in a bowl. Shape into 4 oval patties.
Place the meat filling on the cabbage leaves and roll tightly. Repeat for all leaves.
Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a pot. Add tomato soup ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
