- 🍗 1 chicken thigh

- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧄 1 clove grated garlic

- 🌾 2 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Dressing

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and soak in ice water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Place the chicken thigh in a plastic bag. Add soy sauce, mirin, and grated garlic, then massage for 1 minute.

Add flour to the chicken in the bag and coat evenly. Then add the beaten egg and mix well.

Fry the chicken at 160–170°C until golden brown.

Cut the fried chicken into bite-sized pieces, combine with cabbage, and drizzle with your desired dressing.
