Chicken
- 🍗 1 chicken breast
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage, chopped
Sauce
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- Dry parsley, as needed
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and slice it diagonally.
Mix soy sauce, sake, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Add the chicken slices to the marinade and massage gently. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Chop the cabbage into coarse pieces.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, and chopped cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat the marinated chicken slices with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken slices until golden brown. Serve with the cabbage tartar sauce.
