- Enough salad oil for frying

- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp dried green seaweed

Wash the Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly with water and slice it into thin pieces, about 5mm thick.

Heat about 1cm depth of salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the Jerusalem artichoke slices for about 10 minutes.

While still warm, sprinkle with salt and dried green seaweed.
