Seafood
- 🍤 200g shiba shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Flour
- 🌾 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Garnish
- 🍋 1 wedge of lemon
步驟

Cut off the tail tip, sharp parts, and head tip of the shiba shrimp. Use a toothpick to remove the vein, rinse with water, and pat dry.

Mix the shrimp with salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add all-purpose flour and potato starch to coat the shrimp completely.

Heat 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the shrimp for 3–4 minutes.

Plate the shrimp and squeeze lemon over them before serving.
