Seasoning

Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 50g breadcrumbs
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Batter

- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Clean the squid by removing the internal organs, cartilage, and skin. Wash quickly and cut into 2cm rings.

Pat the squid dry with kitchen paper, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with flour.

Mix the batter ingredients (egg, water, and flour) in a bowl.

Dip the squid rings into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, fry the squid rings for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
