食材
Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
Mushroom
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 4 shiitake mushrooms
Vegetables
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- Cornstarch as needed
- Salad oil as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
步驟
Cut enoki mushrooms into 2cm pieces, slice shiitake mushrooms thinly, and diagonally slice the green onion.
Wrap tofu in paper towels, microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes, let cool, cut into 6 pieces, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat 1cm of salad oil in a pan to 170°C, fry tofu until crispy, turning occasionally.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add mushrooms and green onion, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Microwave again for 2 minutes, serve tofu on a plate, and pour mushroom sauce over it.
