- 6 frozen shumai (84g)
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 bok choy (100g)
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400 ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
步驟

Separate bok choy stems and leaves. Cut stems into wedges and leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, bring the soup base ingredients to a boil. Add frozen shumai and bok choy stems, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add bok choy leaves and cook briefly.

Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the soup. Pour in beaten egg and let it set gently before stirring. Drizzle sesame oil on top.
