- 10 pieces wheat gluten (7g)
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 💧 50cc water
- 🥛 300cc milk
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- A pinch of black pepper

Mince the onion into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix wheat gluten with water and let it absorb the liquid.

Heat a pot over medium-low heat, add minced onion and tuna (including the oil from the can), and sauté for 3–5 minutes until the onion softens.

Add the soaked wheat gluten, milk, consomme, and salt to the pot. Mix gently and warm the soup without bringing it to a boil.

Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle black pepper on top.
