步驟
Break the maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
Mix soy sauce and grated garlic in a bowl, then toss the mushrooms and tomatoes in the mixture.
Combine breadcrumbs and dried parsley in a separate bowl.
Place the mushroom mixture in a heat-resistant container, add butter, and top with the breadcrumb mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 3 minutes until golden brown.
