- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)

- 🥩 150g ground beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced

- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Tear lettuce into large bite-sized pieces. Halve cherry tomatoes. Mince garlic and green onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and green onion, stir-fry until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until crumbly. Season with salt.

Add butter and stir until melted. Add cooked rice and break it apart. Pour soy sauce and stir until evenly mixed. Add lettuce and cherry tomatoes, stir briefly.
