Pasta
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
Oil & Butter
- 20ml olive oil
- 🧈 20g unsalted butter
Seasoning
- 1 pepperoncino
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Garlic
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 🧄 20g minced garlic
Cheese & Herbs
- 🧀 Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
步驟
Slice garlic thinly and fry in olive oil over low heat until golden brown.
Remove fried garlic and place on a paper towel. Reserve the garlic oil.
Sauté minced garlic and pepperoncino in butter.
Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes, then transfer to the pan and cook with reserved pasta water for 4 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in parsley and reserved garlic oil.
Plate the pasta and top with fried garlic chips and grated Parmesan cheese.
