Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 sprig parsley, minced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Mince the onion and parsley.

Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook while rolling until browned. Remove from the pan.

Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add the remaining olive oil and heat over medium. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add parsley, salt, pepper, and butter to the pan. Stir to combine and cook briefly.
