- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟

Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic.

Add clams, komatsuna, cherry tomatoes, sake, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover the pan and steam over medium heat until the clams open.
