- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
