Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Herbs
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Break the canned mackerel into small pieces.
Slice the carrot diagonally into thin pieces, then cut into 5mm strips. Slice the potato into 5mm slices and strips, then soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, grated cheese, garlic paste, olive oil) in a bowl. Add the carrot and potato, and mix well.
Layer the seasoned vegetables in a heatproof dish. Top with the mackerel and shredded pizza cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
