- 150g konjac, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Garlic Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

Slice the konjac thinly and make a vertical cut in the middle of each piece. Twist one end through the cut to create a loop shape.

Boil water in a pot, add the konjac, and cook for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the konjac and grated garlic, stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Add the Garlic Miso Sauce ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
