- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper

步驟
Peel the taro and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients). Add taro and boil until a skewer easily pierces through. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add taro and shrimp, and stir-fry over medium heat until the shrimp is cooked through.
