Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 5 stalks green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 💧 50ml water
步驟
Mince the garlic and chop the green onions finely.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground pork, grated ginger, and doubanjiang, then stir-fry over medium heat until pork changes color.
Add sake, sugar, miso, and water to the pan. Mix well and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high to evaporate excess liquid, creating a thick meat miso.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to remove excess starch and drain well.
Serve somen noodles in a bowl, topped with green onions, meat miso, and egg yolks.
