- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp herb salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Slice the boiled octopus thinly. Remove the strings from the celery, slice the stalk diagonally, and roughly chop the leaves. Mince the garlic. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant. Add celery and king oyster mushrooms, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the boiled octopus, herb salt, and pepper. Stir-fry everything together until evenly mixed.
