- 1/2 bitter melon, sliced
Seafood
- 150g boiled octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp, thawed
Condiments
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
步驟
Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces and thaw the shrimp, patting them dry.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic, and cook until golden brown. Remove garlic from the pan.
Add bitter melon to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then add octopus and shrimp, stirring to combine.
Once shrimp changes color, season with salt and pepper. Return the garlic to the pan, mix briefly, and serve.
