- 180g boiled octopus
Legumes
- 100g steamed soybeans
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g chopped onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of chopped chili
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 🍋 2 slices of lemon
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add chopped chili and canned tomatoes to the pan, stirring well.

Pour in water and white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Add boiled octopus and steamed soybeans to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon slices on the side.
