- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 120g carrot, sliced
- 100g daikon, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
步驟

Julienne the ginger. Slice the carrot and daikon into thin half-moon shapes.

Heat sesame oil and ginger in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add pork and cook until its color changes. Then add carrot and daikon, stirring to coat with oil.

Add water and dashi powder, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.

Dissolve miso into the soup and stir well before serving.
