- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 🧈 80g unsalted butter
- 🧂 40g sugar
步驟
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a pound cake mold with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
Gradually add the beaten egg in portions, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Mix in the grated ginger, then add the pancake mix and fold until no dry spots remain.
Pour the batter into the prepared mold and smooth the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
