Pork
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
Starch
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and coat with potato starch.

In a bowl, mix together the sake, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until browned. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry to combine.
