Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced (50g)
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned (35g)
- 30g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
步驟
Place glass noodles in a heatproof container and cover with boiling water. Let them soak according to package instructions, then drain.
Thinly slice the onion, julienne the carrot, and cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (☆). Add the sliced beef and massage the mixture into the meat. Then, add the onion and carrot and mix well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and vegetables, including the marinade, and stir-fry until the beef changes color and the vegetables soften.
Add the soaked glass noodles and stir-fry until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Finally, add the chives and stir briefly.
