- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetable
- 60g sliced burdock root
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Slice the burdock root diagonally and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm wide strips, then cut into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon, octopus, and burdock root, then simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
