Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Protein
- 🧈 1 block tofu
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.3 tbsp dashida
- 0.3 tsp ground pepper

Peel the potato and wash all vegetables thoroughly.

Dice the garlic, slice the green onion diagonally, and cut the potato, zucchini, onion, and tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Boil water in a pot and mix gochujang and doenjang in a 2:1 ratio, adjusting to the water quantity. Add the potato and simmer for 7–8 minutes.

Add zucchini, onion, minced garlic, and dashida to the pot and let it simmer briefly.

Finally, add green onion and tofu, and bring to a boil once more. Serve hot.
