- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes

Cut the green beans into 3cm pieces and drain the tuna from the can.

Place the green beans and frozen corn in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Drain any excess water.

Add the tuna and the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, and bonito flakes) to the container and mix well.
