- 🧅 2 handfuls chopped green onion
Protein
- 🥚 3 eggs
Condiments
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of black pepper

- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
步驟
Chop green onions finely into 2 handfuls (adjust to 1 handful for single serving).
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the green onions until golden and fragrant.
Push the sautéed green onions to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side. Cook the eggs until the bottom is set.
Scramble the eggs and mix them with the green onions.
Add cooled rice to the pan and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Add a small amount of oyster sauce to taste.
