- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 slices ham
- 100g green peas
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper

Cut the ham into 1cm squares.

Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the green peas for about 4 minutes. Drain and let cool. Re-boil the water, gently add the eggs, and cook for 9 minutes. Cool in cold water and peel the shells.

Mash the boiled eggs roughly with a fork in a bowl. Add the seasonings (mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper) and mix. Add the green peas and ham, then mix lightly.
