- 🌱 50g green peas
- 🥔 1 potato, 150g
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil, 70g
Spices and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Liquids
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. Soak in water, then drain. Place the potato and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Place the green peas and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green peas, potato, and canned tuna, stirring until the ingredients are evenly coated with oil.
Add sake, curry powder, and salt to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
