Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 🌱 80g green peas
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Liquid Ingredients
- 💧 100cc water
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of consomme powder
步驟
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
In a bowl, mix eggs, shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and consomme powder to create the egg mixture.
In a frying pan, add diced potato, green peas, water, and salt. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid and stir until the water evaporates. Add olive oil and stir until the vegetables are coated. Push them to one side of the pan.
Pour the egg mixture into the empty side of the pan and stir gently 1-2 times until semi-cooked. Mix with the vegetables and serve.
