- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 80g sugar
- 🧂 1g salt
- 120g cake flour
- 2g baking powder
- 1 tbsp green tea powder
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
步驟
Beat the eggs with a hand mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar while mixing until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, green tea powder) at least twice and gently fold them into the egg mixture to avoid deflating the batter.
Mix a portion of the batter with milk and oil, then combine it back into the main batter.
Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes.
